It’s Springtime! There’s no better time than to spring into better heart health than now! Here are 3 ways you can get continue to heart-health journey throughout the season:
- Stay active: Since it’s becoming warmer outside, consider going for walks, light jogs or you can even ride a bike.
- Eat Healthier: Include more salads in your diet. Try mixed greens, salads that contain apples or oranges, high-protein foods such as fish and chicken.
