Miso Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts |

Canola oil |
Marinade |

Miso paste |
1 ½ tsp. |
Sesame oil |
1 ½ tsp. |
Ginger, chopped |
2 tsp. |
Garlic, chopped |
¼ tsp. or more to taste |
Red pepper flakes |
1 tbsp. |
Water |
Instructions
- Place chicken in shallow baking pan.
- In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients well.
- Pour marinade over chicken.
- Cover and chill for 1 – 2 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade – discard any remaining.
- In a large skillet, heat canola oil – medium high heat.
- Cook chicken about 4 minutes per side – until not pink inside.
